Great Location: the hotel is located near many attractions and just a short walk from the Metro Station. Combining reservations: the associate took the time to combine my reservations, ensuring a hassle, free stay. Beautiful bouquet: the hotel fulfilled my pre, arrival request for a bouquet of lilies, which were exactly as requested and stunning.

Musty smell: the hotel, although well, maintained, sometimes has a slight musty smell, especially in the hallways. Uncomfortable bed: Despite repeated requests, housekeeping failed to provide the necessary padding between two beds pushed together, resulting in an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Paris that had one of the best locations in the city. Just a short walk away from iconic landmarks like the Louvre and Champs Elysee, it made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hotel itself had a breathtaking entrance and lobby, with an open area where drinks were served. The staff and concierge were always helpful, even going above and beyond to provide a hair iron transformer for my wife. The rooms, though compact, had plenty of storage space and the renovated room we stayed in was modern and comfortable. I must admit, the older rooms had a more authentic Parisian charm to them. Despite the high price of the breakfast buffet and the lack of free Wi-Fi, I would highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and excellent service.

The rooms are cozy, with comfortable beds and beautiful decor. The bathroom is luxurious, with marble tiles and vanity. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as an exercise room and a restaurant with stunning views.

The beautiful stones

When you ask for a quiet room, it places you on the third floor above a young people's party with disco that makes noise until late at night. Yet the hotel is big and it has five floors!

Dream location, makes getting around really easy, with a taxi station and metro next door. Excellent bedding. Extremely pleasant central courtyard for relaxing and having a drink at the end of the day.

We stayed during the COVID crisis: consequently no valet, baggage handlers, concierge. staff was reduced to a minimum but at a much lower price than what the establishment usually charges. It was a pretty good move on the part of the hotel. On the other hand, although the room and lobby were on a "palace" level, carpets, bar where breakfast was served and corridors were not there at all: we hope that the hotel will be able to make investments soon enough because when prices return to normal, we will no longer be able to offer good value for money at all.

It is conveniently situated between two metro stops, allowing for easy access to explore the city. Additionally, it is in the center of everything, being in Paris's "first district.

The location was ideal, right at the city center of Paris. We were within walking distance of everything, including popular attractions and designer shops. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, despite the free room upgrade to DELUXE, the standard was a little bit different from today's four-star hotel. Moreover, paid Wi-Fi is already the bottom line - only 7 mb/s is free.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, nestled between two metro stations and near the garden of the Louvre. The staff here were truly exceptional, from the bell staff/porter to housekeeping. They made special arrangements for us upon arrival and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The room service and dry cleaning were also top-notch. The amenities were great, with a sitting area and terrace, in-room safe, and mini-bar. The dining restaurant had a fantastic menu with something for everyone. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major sights. I loved being just steps away from the beautiful Tuileries garden, which leads to the entrance of the impressive Louvre museum. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful inner courtyard that adds to the luxurious ambiance. The staff were professional, kind, and attentive, making me feel very special during my stay. Despite being a busy time, they provided a very personal level of service.

The views from our room were absolutely stunning, especially during Christmas time. We had a lovely view of the city lights and it really added to the festive atmosphere. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was within walking distance of many major attractions and shopping areas. We were able to explore the city easily and enjoy everything it had to offer.

We were disappointed with the state of the bathrooms in the hotel. They were in poor condition, with peeling paint and plaster on the ceilings and walls.
